Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. Here is exactly how returns and refunds work.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, does not work, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@waxsealstore.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or refund you, and you will not need to pay anything to send the item back.

Changed your mind

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

  • Email us first with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with the return address.
  • Return shipping is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service.
  • Personalised items (for example a seal made with your initials or a custom design) cannot be returned unless they are damaged or wrong.

Personalised items. Seals and kits made to your design (your logo, initials, names or date) are made to order for you, so they cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from the proof you approved: email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will remake it or refund you, at no cost to you. Before production we email you a proof and engrave exactly what you approve, so please check spelling, names and dates carefully. You can cancel a personalised order for a full refund until you approve the proof; once production has started it can no longer be cancelled. If we cannot engrave your design cleanly, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method (card or PayPal). Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Personalised orders can be cancelled for a full refund until you approve the proof.
