Custom Wax Seal Stamp
A custom wax seal turns your logo, monogram or wedding date into a seal you can use for years. Upload your own artwork, or pick one of our 16 designs and tell us the initials, names and date. Before anything is made, we email you a proof to approve.
How It Works
- Choose your options and add your design on this page: upload a file (PNG, JPG, PDF or SVG, up to 10 MB), or pick one of our 16 designs and type the initials or names, plus a date if you like.
- We prepare a black and white proof of your seal and email it to you, usually within 2 business days.
- You approve the proof, or tell us what to change. Nothing is engraved before you approve.
- Your stamp is engraved and shipped with tracking: about 2 to 4 weeks to the US after approval.
Good to Know
- The design is engraved mirrored on the brass head, so the wax seal reads the right way round. Send your design as it should read on paper.
- Bold, clean artwork works best. Very fine lines, tiny text and blurry images do not engrave well: if your design will not come out clean, we tell you and suggest a fix, or refund you in full.
- Only send designs you own or have permission to use. We do not engrave other companies’ logos or trademarks without their permission.

Which Size?
25 mm suits initials and simple monograms on standard envelopes. 30 mm leaves room for names and a date. 35 and 40 mm suit detailed logos, larger envelopes and gift boxes.
How to Make a Wax Seal
- Melt sealing wax beads in a melting spoon over a tea light, or warm a wax stick in a mini glue gun.
- Pour the melted wax onto your envelope or card in a coin-sized pool.
- Wait a few seconds, then press the stamp straight down and hold it still for about 10 seconds.
- Lift the stamp gently. Wipe the head clean before the next seal.
Tip: if the wax sticks to the stamp, let the pool cool a little longer before pressing.
Delivery
Estimated delivery: about 2 to 4 weeks to the US after you approve your proof (proof, engraving, then free tracked shipping). Other countries can take a little longer.
